Pricing Tips
The following are suggested pricing charts for the items that you
may want to consign. These are just suggestions, and you should use
your own judgment in determining how much you would pay for each
item if you were the buyer.
Another method to pricing we suggest is starting at 1/3 of the
original price. You should consider marking the starting price up if
it’s something that is in excellent condition or a brand name item.
You decide which items you mark as half. However, to ensure there is
a nice selection of half off items we do request that you select a
minimum of 30% of your items to be discounted on the last day of the
sale.
Minimum price of all items for is no less than $1.00 and pricing is
done in .50 cent increments. Remember, outfits sell better than
single items so if you have a whole outfit you can pin the
coordinating hat, socks, etc to the main garment. Everyone loves
those cute coordinated sets! Brand name items will sell for more.
Sometimes it makes sense to group items together (i.e. outfits,
related toys or books) to help you get a better price than if you
were to sell the items individually.
